Bikini Challenge Progression

As you all know, I’ve started my bikini challenge from Luz Guerrero last week and I already can tell that this is going to be worth it! It’s only been one week and my first comment is I’M ALWAYS HUNGRY! The diet requires me to eat at least 5 times a day every three hours. It’s all about portion control. I always knew it was better to eat smaller meals a day rather than having three heavy meals. Eating every three hours keeps my metabolism going so I burn my calories.

As soon as that three hour mark hits, I’m ready to eat again. Between that and the workouts, I’m excited for me to be looking slim when summer time comes along. For those of you who haven’t done the challenge, I suggest that you sign up for the next one! 

Luz has taught me a lot more about nutrition than any online website that I’ve gone on. I downloaded the MyFitnessPal app that helps keep track of what I’m eating, how many calories I need a day based on my goal and how many calories I’ve already consumed. 

I’ve wanted to have a healthier body, but never had the full motivation to do it. This challenge is about to change my body forever and get me on the right track!
